Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

We provide shipping pan India and International locations. Air and Surface mode.

We have tie up with Blue Dart, DTDC, FedEx, DHL Express and TNT Express for our shipments.
Any international shipments, local taxes and custom duties have to be paid by recipients unless specified in the quotation.
Please allow one week time for clearance for international shipments.
Certain categories of goods are banned currently including power banks by air.

WARRANTY

  • All electronic products come with standard warranty which is mentioned in the warranty card provided.
  • For branded products, the warranty of respective manufacturer is applicable.
  • In case a product is not carrying a warranty card, it means there is no warranty on that product.
  • Please contact your respective account managers for the same.

PACKAGING AND PRINTING

Packaging
  • Company provides standard packaging as shared in quotation.
  • Custom packaging is developed on made to order basis only and is chargeable additional. Please contact your Account Manager for details on custom packaging.
